Directorate of general registration is one of the important directorates at university of Raparin, this directorate is affiliated to the vice-president for students affair. All the information and data related to the students during their study at the university will be collected and saved, it’s mainly the duty of this directorate to collect and save all the necessary data of the students such as, personal information, studying, subjects, marks, units. According to the University structure this directorate is combined of two rooms but because of lack of enough employees only one of the rooms is activated.

A-Room of Students admission: this room is responsible for undertaking duties related to admitting students who were accepted by the Central Admission Office, they will be given specific recommendations during their first visit to the University of Raparin concerning changing university and changing departments or those who want to go from university to other institutions. Students who visit the university for the first time they usually visit this room in order to register their names and get their university ID in addition of ordering university decision for them.
