Due to its significance and affectivity in the university, Directorate of Finance was opened from the very day the university was established. The directorate is constructed of the followings: 1. Accounting 2. Budget and the expenditures 3. treasurer Duties fulfilled by this directorate: Considering the centralization of university authorities, Directorate of Finance is financially and administratively linked to the university presidency. There are permanent duties performed by this directorate through out the year, with daily and monthly variations, which are all systemized and arranged accordingly. All duties concerning the university budget, salary, students’ bursary, different benefits, allocations, visiting and on-contract lecturers, records and documents are done in this directorate, according to rules and regulations by Kurdistan Regional Government. The directorate has seven employees.
